Retro Room @ Knutsford Loves Fashion

October 8th 2014 was an exciting day for Retro Room! We took part in the Knutsford Loves Fashion event at Curzon Cinema on Toft Road, with four beautiful models - Jennifer, Hannah, Deena and Lauren. The make-up was done professionally by the fabulous Lynette Page who has a make-up bar on Minshull Street, a few doors up from our shop!

In the afternoon we headed off for a catwalk rehearsal...

and took a few photos outside in the remaining daylight.

Don't our girls look stunning? We tried our best to stay true to each individual's sense of style but with a retro twist. The vintage blue fox fur coats are available to purchase from our Knutsford shop @ £115 each.

Back to the event... and thankfully the catwalk show went without a hitch! Peter Murray from POP Perfumery on Princess Street was the compere for the evening.

Cheshire Show & the 2good2Btrue Bus

If you were at the Cheshire Show last month, you might have noticed our 2good2Btrue bus and shop, where everything is just £1 each! Here are some photos from the event...

We now have a Retro Room & 2good2Btrue shop inside Afflecks, Manchester (on the third floor) and our next pop up shop will be at the Manchester Markets in August so look out for that! :o)

Spring Vintage Styling at the Retro Room

As promised, here are some more of our Retro Room lookbook photos. Our model was the very lovely Shelley Ann Johnson, and once again we had rain and cold weather when shooting outside, so we couldn't venture out very far! All of these photos were taken on Minshull Street in Knutsford.
